My 1:1 clients are busy moms over 40 who have found that the healthy living and weight loss methods they used in the past just aren't working anymore.

They are often eating less and less and less while doing more and more cardio at the gym but the scale and the tape measure just don't budge. Or, there is so much confusion about what the answer is: keto, fasting, carnivore, simple calories in vs calories out or is there some magic product for the results.

The truth is that as our hormones shift, fat loss becomes more complicated and is no longer just a simple math equation of calories in / calories out that may have worked when we were younger.

In midlife, stress, blood sugar balance, sleep and digestion all play a part in fat loss. Muscle loss becomes a big factor as well, not only in overall balance and longevity but also for our fat burning capabilities.

Often many of the things that used to work when you were younger can take you in the opposite direction in midlife, once hormones shift. The extreme calorie restriction and hours of cardio can throw your hormones off and lead to MORE belly fat, not less along with exhaustion and frustration.

For my 1:1 clients, I give personalized attention to understand what will work for them, not only for nutrition but also for habit and mindset change.

Here are some of the things we work on:

-Understanding your overall blood sugar balance by looking at your current macros and mapping out a plan to move to macros that will help preserve muscle, increase energy and make fat loss easier.

-Examining lifestyle factors that may also impact weight gain like stress, sleep and digestion and make a plan to adjust each area to support energy levels and fat loss.

-Ditching the scale! The scale is the LEAST accurate measure of your progress and makes us feel discouraged. Put your scale in the closet for a while. We track biometrics like energy, sleep, mood, digestion and measurements. These are markers of true transformation in body composition and reduction in inflammation.

-We make this fit YOUR lifestyle and tastes. This might look a little different for one person who works from home all day versus another person who is on the road or working in an office.

-Your preferences matter! If you hate eggs, you don't have to eat eggs! We'll find food and tastes that you like and the areas you might be willing to expand to try new things.

-The biggest factor in your success is one that is often overlooked: your mindset! Your mindset is at least 50% of your progress! Each week we look quick and easy mindset mastery exercises that reduce stress and increase motivation so you can crush your goals.

-We make 1-3 changes each week so this isn't a 'change everything' program that doesn't last. Small changes are the ones you keep! We will work on ideas to make the changes into habits that will eventually happen automatically so you can lighten your mental load while still getting results.

-You are in the driver's seat. For each change we use a Habit Change Scale so that whatever change we are making feels DOABLE right now and then we build on those gains.

-You get accountability, support and encouragement between sessions so that you have the support you need.

Packages

A set of 6 sessions spread out over 12 weeks with support in between allows you to fit this into your busy lifestyle and make it easier to integrate changes. You're never without support - between sessions you'll get text or email checkins to help you stay on track.

The Details:

-Six (6) one on one live sessions via zoom held every other week so that you have time to integrate the changes. This gives us 12 weeks to map out your transformations with flexibility for you.

-Sessions are scheduled at a time that is good for you and me. If a vacation or other issue comes up we can use a video or voice message service to stay on track.

I-n between sessions I'll check in via text and email to give you support, answer questions, keep you accountable and give you encouragement.

$400 for six sessions to be completed over 12 weeks.
