Knowing WHAT you need to do but you just can't seem to fit it into your hectic life or make it happen.
The nagging thought of: "If I don't figure this out, I'm not sure where I'll be in 10 years."
II’ve been there.
After I had my second baby (with special needs) at 35, I had 30 pounds to lose. I made some basic changes and the weight came right off.
But fast forward 10 years — things had changed.
The weight started creeping up, even though I was doing the same things.
I talked to my doctor and she shrugged:
“Welcome to Midlife! It’s just what happens.”
That just didn't sound right to me
I worked with a health coach who was very knowledgeable — but she was at a very different life stage (half my age, no kids). Her ideas were solid, but they didn’t fit my reality of juggling two kids, a career, and caregiving. So nothing stuck long term.
Then came the fad diets.
I’d dive in with enthusiasm… for a few days.
Then I’d feel starving, restricted, confused, or dealing with side effects.
And even though I had tackled my sugar addiction years ago, I was still craving processed carbs A LOT.
The nighttime snacking was intense.
I remember literally sitting on my hands to stop myself.
After years of trying, researching, and eventually becoming certified as a Holistic Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach, I realized something important:
Midlife metabolism is different.
Hormone shifts matter.
And willpower isn’t the solution.
Here’s what actually changed everything:
• Focusing on whole foods — but making it EASY (including no-cook and convenience options)
• Eating ENOUGH. Under-eating was making everything worse. (Lunch is now non-negotiable on my calendar.)
• Prioritizing protein and fiber at every meal. This stabilized my energy, reduced cravings, and improved sleep.
• Using simple habits — and occasionally tracking when needed.
• Mastering mindset. I could know what to do, but without managing my thinking, the action didn’t happen.
When I put it all together into a sustainable structure — that’s when real change happened.
And it lasted.

I work during the day. When are the workshops?
We understand that people are busy. All workshops are recorded and will be sent out to you.
Where are the workshops held? I'm not on Facebook.
The workshops are in a Facebook group and also posted to a private YouTube link that we'll send.
What if I don't like what's in the meal guide?
We understand that people have different tastes and food restrictions. We provide a bank of options and ideas for swaps. Always follow the program your doctor or dietician gives you.
How much time will this take each week.
Plan for about 60 minutes per week total.
Workshops are approximately 30-40 minutes, Mindset Exercises are about 3 minutes a day and implementation is designed to fit into your existing routine — not add hours to it.
Do I have to count macros and track all my food.
No. You'll have the option to use your custom macros if you really want to dial it in and enjoy tracking - but we also provide a habit based approach if you prefer not to track.
What kind of movement is included?
This is not a high-intensity workout program. The Metabolism Movement Guide includes beginner-friendly strength suggestions and simple ways to protect muscle in midlife.
What if I'm on a GLP1 or Hormone Therapy
This program supports foundational nutrition and habits that complement many medical approaches. Always consult your prescribing provider before making changes.

Life happens. All workshops are recorded, and the structure is designed to help you get back on track quickly — not start over. Plus you'll have access to all the workshops for 6 months.
